El Teide & the clouds (1)
Last week I went on holiday to Tenerife, the largest of the Canarian Islands. Besides apartment buildings, tourists that are way too tanned (no offense...)
and some more apartment buildings, the island has a beautiful scenery. It is dominated bij El Teide, the islands volcano. We went up there a few times, we couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views :-). So here's the first one of a series of three pictures of El Teide I want to show you. We drove trough the clouds, that 'hung' at about 1800 metres. Spooky (but fantastic) to see clouds swirl past you right before your eyes!
