Mighty mirrors on the wall
The German parliament building in Berlin, the Reichstag, is famous these days because of its giant glass dome that contains a ramp that spirals up to the top. Very nicely done!
Also very interesting is the supporting column in the middle of the dome. The column is covered in mirrors (see this site for an overview). The reflections in these mirrors are very intriguing! It's difficult to explain exactly why...I guess you just need to go and see it for yourself :-)
