Bandeja Paisa

This is a traditional dish from the Provence Antioquia in Colombia where I went on holiday last year. It consists of rice (not visible), minced meat (Carne en Polvo), a fried egg, some deep-fried pork belly (Chiccaron), an Arepa (little flat bread made of cornflour), beans and a fried baking banana (plantana, or patagone).
