Once upon a time...
Time as a theme? I instantly saw this image in my mind: time visible in the gorgeous scenery of the Grand Canyon. Not just in the different sediment layers, but also through the fact that the canyon was created by the Colorado river 'cutting' itself a way through the rock - a process that lasted milions of years!
The picture was taken at the North Rim of the canyon and it show the South Rim.
