Handy traffic sign
A recent blizzard flung a thick layer of snow against this traffic sign, so that it is completely unclear what it is prohibiting (if anything).
Maybe it says you can't cover up the sign. Now that would be ironic.
Makes you wonder how traffic can function in countries like Russia. All that slippery ice and snow, and unclear traffic signs to boot.
